We find that we have remarkably low return rates and are proud of the quality of products we offer. However, we understand that there may be a case in which you need to return your order and we are more than happy to accommodate returns and exchanges on new and unopened items.
Should you wish to return your item(s), please WhatsApp us on 03364055959 or email us to email@example.com with your order number and reason within 7 days from receiving your order (according to the delivery date on the tracking record, if applicable).
To claim any warranty/replacement/Refund/Exchange you must have the unboxing video of the product & packaging as we send you.

without unboxing video we will not accept your claim.

We try to make exchanges as hassle free as possible for our customers that is why we have 2 options for exchange, you can choose the one you prefer.
For replacement you have to send the items back to us by any courier service (post-office-ums recommended) and as soon as we receive the items, we will dispatch your replacement order with Rs.150 delivery charges only.
We do offer pickup service as well in which rider will come and will pick that product from your location and will deliver you your replacement order but this process will cost you Rs.350

- Initial shipping fees are non-refundable, even if the item qualifies for free shipping. Orders will be refunded -150 Rs/- for shipping fees when refunding an order.

- The customer is liable to pay for postage when returning incorrectly ordered goods.
- The goods must not have been used, must be complete with all components and the packaging must be not be damaged.
- You will be credited with a full refund within 7 days of notifying SkinLee.
- Note that if these conditions are not met we may not accept returned goods.
- Please ensure that all returns are securely wrapped and packaged. We cannot be held responsible for any units that have been damaged in transit.
